The large shower was great, but the walls were thin, and I heard everything.

stayed here for a week and it felt more like a prison. Absolutely no rolling carts to help with luggage. don’t expect them to care. the walls are so thin, i could hear every cough from the hallway. i also thought i’d get a microwave but guess that’s too much to ask for. thought about five stars but just couldn’t.

Rooms were clean, water pressure in the shower was like a spa! Breakfast? Fresh, legit variety, and staff helped set our table when we ordered in. Everybody was super friendly, even managed to put our kids' room right next to ours. Perfect spot for exploring Vicenza, I’d definitely come back again!

The breakfast here is a real treat, offering a generous buffet with muesli, hard boiled eggs, and a variety of cold cuts and cheeses to start your day right. The staff is super accommodating, going out of their way to make sure everything is splendid, including setting up your table if you're dining in.

Some rooms suffer from thin walls, making it easy to hear outside noise, which can be distracting. Additional troubles include challenges with air conditioning functionality, which posed issues during our stay.

The breakfast was fantastic with a good variety, which our large family enjoyed. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even helping us with local recommendations for activities with the kids. We loved visiting the nearby golf courses, which added to our family fun.

In my wife's opinion, a playground would be great for kids.
